This is the heart-gripping story of three women and the men they loved, all living in a time of fear and hope. It is the time of the Savior's birth in Jerusalem and the domination of the Gadiantons in America.
- The beautiful and pampered Joniah, who will trade everything for wealth and luxury.
- Her daughter, the innocent and vulnerable Rachel, who wants to believe in God, but has seen too little evidence of his hand in her life.
- Hoshea, the proud Lamanite woman, whose life is changed by one good man's death.
- Gideon, who courageously risks his life to learn the truth about his cousin's death.
- Benjamin, his son, who spends a lifetime searching for the woman he loves.
- Amulon, a man who knows no God but himself.
Follow the journey of each of these people as they learn of the certain power of God. A moving tale of sacrifice and love that combines adventure and romance with gospel values. Profound and poignant, touching and tender, stirring and sensitive--all these and more!
